1. To revise and update our bylaws and constitution.
2. To define where our energies are going to be spent.
3. To enhance and improve the image of the Council, i.e., who
we are vs. who we think we are.
4. To build stronger relationships with our existing member
churches, while expanding our Council through the addition of
new member churches.
5. To foster new relationships and enhance existing
relationships with other service-providing organizations that
have similar missions as our own.
6. To work to ensure greater Board participation in the
overall business and work of the Council.
7. To establish a fulltime Prayer and Counseling Center.
8. To establish a Youth Drop-In Center.
9. To improve and enhance the Council’s image in our area and
beyond.
10. To ensure that all of our Divisions are operating in
excellence, serving our community, and glorifying our God.
11. To secure a larger facility where we can better
facilitate the day to day operations of the Council.
12. To be the Protestant voice of the Christian faith in the
greater Springfield area.
